How to use a lua hack in the server

So as the title said i want use a lua hack in prop hunt server , i tested it in my local server it worked fine but in the ph server it wont launch pls if any help tell me here

Need a bypass for sv_allowcslua 1, (cac bypass are hard to come by. Once that is done you will need to type in console. lua_openscript_cl "lua name"
