The idea of multiple faces is great, but this is way too brutal beetween the images. And what's with the backgournd of a room in pixels ?

With that said
Concept needs work, composition is rough, don't understand the cracking face BG, and the soap on the floor? Also the cutting job is bad on the left side of the face.
A whiteoutline where you just used to magic selection tool instead of using a pentool to select a path and erase it manually so there is some white border there.
Double exposure effect I guess is okay
Don't understand the B&W all of a sudden changing to color.
