hal.dll is a core file for the hackshield

PS: Hal.dll has nothing to do with HackSheild. Its your system files.

DO NOT COMPILE AND RUN... And if you compiled DO NOT SHUT DOWN. Check your recycle bin, or redownload it before you restart... Might work
