Paypal Chargeback Question

Bought two livejasmin accounts for a member here but received one restricted and one with a wrong pass account. didnt wana do an authorized claim via paypal which may risk my account being limited, but i did a dispute and hoping that ill win it. do you think itll work out since the dispute is regarding a digital account?

Digital items are still on very thin ice regarding PP's policy. They do not cover accounts (duh, its illegal to buy them).
Have you not tried to settle the dispute with the seller?

Do the customer from MPGH or other site ?

Hes been ignoring my messages on skype. He is from MPGH. So basically my chances of wining the dispute are slim? Any tips on how i can win it?

Wait if you are the one that sent him the money and you disputed.There is a high chance you are winning the dispute.Don't listen to the guys above.Paypal usually sides with the buyers side.

Open a report on in the scammer grave section before doing this.

The user must replace accounts, refund you, or get IP banned.
