Looking for esp script/ money script for exile infistar servers

So I've managed to get a scroll menu working on infistar servers but two scripts i am missing from my menu are
esp and a spawn money script

Anybody willing to pm code for either of the scripts i'm looking for
If anybody has any other interesting exile scripts that would be great too

Also a general question seeing i'm struggling to find answers by searching
How obvious is spawning items to a admin?
What exactly shows up in the server log and is there a way to make it seem legitimate

depend how hard youre spawning stuff and if your script is logged.

player addItem "Exile_Item_FlagStolen10"; will add a stolen flag lvl 10 worth around 50k. dont go crazy selling them tho

How do you even get a mod menu or inject code? This all just seems to risky.

lol its just a scroll menu, just look into arma 3 mission creation and scripting. the execution of the script on public servers is the hard part and i still have no clue where to even look to find a executor.
