Is this bad?

It this bad.... Pins on my processor are BENT the heat skin had some issues to it, I appied some preside and it went poot on me; what can I do... Any coming back from this?

I turn on pc
and grey lines...

Anyway I cry...

Try unbending the pins with some pliars.. most likely you will need a new processor.
