TuneUp
AdvanceSystemCleaner
CCleaner
then go to:
Start>Run>%temp% delete that shit \

Start>Run>temp delete that shit > If Ccleaner didn't (Mainly for Windows XP, not Vista)

I change the ram, and then the visuals, I uncheck everything except for the last 3

Then i have certain setttings with TuneUp,CCleaner, and ASC that not everybody knows

Just defragging doesn't help
i cleared over 8gb on the last guy that i helped
