i think you are trying to make weaponhack/no spread/no recoil and trying to bypassing error 31_0 & 28_3 , right ? if you bypass 28_4 you will get another error , try to trace the function and patch it , if you are totally new and don't have any hacking knowldege , i'd like to recommend you to go here , this thread this your best friend now better to learn from it rather then asking for help in a dead forum section ...
