Easy Class Editor or alike?

I want to be able to mod classes like doing so with Easy Class Editor for MW2. So I can have something like:

M4+RED DOT
M40A1
Frag Nade
Smoke Nade
Claymore X 2
UAV Jammer
and (the perk that allows quietness)

so you can have stuff like overkill without the overkill perk.

no, no-one , and i dont think that its possible for cod4 ... maybe , someone will make it in next 5 years xDD

huh duble post. you should ask RV3 or audiTT if they can make anythink like that

Don't think this is possible on CoD4, but you can just unlock all weapons with Easy Account Manager (Not something like MW2)
