um i think i found how to make .rez files (skins)
This "MIGHT" work i haven't tried it.
Ok.. if you made weapon skins map skins ect.. when you save it, it saves as .DTX
so YOU THE MAKER should patch the file and stuff *%Temp% > game ect..* and after that go to
My Computer
C Drive
All Programs
gamehi
Game
And you see sa_weapon.rez
so i THINK that your weapon (skined) should have saved there and now it's part of it.
i thought about this... when i patched skins and tried a few min later to change them cuz i didn't like them i notice that on your temp folder the 8 random letter folder was still there but not the DTX files so were did the skin you made went?
Im Guessing It's Now Part Of The sa_weapon.rez
so next time lets test it
and i don't think you need to patch it with a new GVI file.
