Wutstorm is the reason people get vacced using chillware.
Chillware is a popular TF2 scam, this cheat is wutstorm/lithium (ofc an older version) hex edited (or they managed to get a source), anyways never trust em.
This thread should be closed because its been proven that what was uploaded was a fake. Op uploaded a cheat with a changed name to try and deceive ppl.
