Help with my external ESP.

I'm a complete noob when it comes to coding. My External H1Z1 ESP that was given to me by a friend currently only has a Name esp where it shows the players name, distance, and some sort of ID that is associated with the player. I would love to have a bit of help with drawing a box or possibly a skeleton on the player. I don't feel comfortable giving bits of my friends code out, and I don't think he would either. If it means anything. This cheat is made in C++ and is external Dll. If anyone is nice enough, could you provide a simple source I could use that would draw a box on the player?
