QVC & HSN Status update thread

Refunded HSN for 3.5k about 10 times but that was about 3 months back, same with QVC

Im looking to get an HSN done now, investigations common now? I just don't want to put the carrier on alert for future refunds

Real shit. Whats the point of saying you have done it 3 months ago? It was getting demolished few months back, everyone knows they were working. HSN Been dead for 1 month now.

A few weeks ago, 3k+ Desktop. Account was deleted. Last week funds came back. Probably one of the last to go through. At one point a rep even told me about policy changes and refunds pending management review.QVC

I've seen accounts of recent refunds from qvc being given out on limited basis, but a couple days later, the refund is being cancelled by "qvc corporate". So it seems the reps sometimes give out the refunds but higher ups are looking at the refunds and cancelling them. What most qvc reps are saying is contact the bank and take it up with them. For anyone considering charging back items or taking it up with your bank, do not do it. QVC is famous for sending literally any amount owed to them to a debt collector.

are you saying that even after a refund has hit your bank they can come back and reverse ?

if they think you commited fraud they will rebill you

only heard this happening to a couple HSN orders, but a good refunder can take care of this
