What do you mean? Are you talking about the map (Tanoa) in Apex dlc? Tbh I don't know why we can't download the map but really all you need to know is that you wont be able to access anything that has to do with downloadable content but everything else that is already in the game already will be unlocked.

I tried but the size, of the file is too big so I can't upload it to mpgh :/

I've used this before and it does not work for everything, some Items still spoil your screen in game sadly.
