LTB_TO_LTA ERROR

I tried M-MOTION.LTB and PV-KNIFE.LTB, and etc, but this text (below) always shows up, and I don't know what to do.

Sorry, this is my first time creating a hack for CF, huehue.

Kung di mo maconvert yung ltb to lta ganto gawin mo
step 1:extract mo yung ltb file (Any extractor pwede gamitin, winrar, 7zip, etc.)
step2: Delete ltb file.
Step 3: Yung new file drag mo sa ltb to lta.
Step 4: May lalabas na bagong file ganto name kung knife ganto pv-knilta rename to pv-knife.lta
step 5: Para sa model edit na gawin mo yung sa baba
Kung di mo ma open sa model edit ganto gawin mo:
Step 1: extract mo yung file.
Step 2: Delete mo yung ltb file
Step 3: Drag mo yung file sa ltb to lta
Step 4: Tapos yung lalabas na kunwari pv-knilta ganyan lumalabas eh rename mo yan sa pv-knife.lta
Step 5: Drag mo yung lta sa model edit.
