Name Change + Image Title

Hi Liz,

Would it be possible to get my name changed to "Light" without the quotation marks?
I checked to see if the name was taken, and it is but the guy is permanently banned.
I figured it's worth a try to ask and see.

Also, could you add this to my image title, and center it:

Account names are based off time not status. So if it has not been over 5 years since last used, the name cannot be taken. You also don't want any association with that person, as they are banned on sight. Title done.
