Internal & External Cheats

I'm pretty autismo when it comes to cheats, but whats the difference between internal and external cheats and is one preferably safer than the other?

internal - If you want to use internal cheat you need to use injector then you can inject it to cs go procces.

external - here an injector is not required. You just need to open .exe file and that's it

safety wise it all depends on how well the cheat is written
