I need major help!!!!

ok well i just bought MW2 for 60$ on steam and i downloaded it and when i start it up this is what is says execing ragdoll.cfg from fastfile

I dont no what to do. Do i download a driver or something? I will thank you if anyone can help me because i dont want to waste 60$.

bad pc, ur videocard is too old

my pc is the newest HP out there just got it last year

If you PC is new, Try going to the homepage for your graphics card.
Then download the most up to date drivers.

What graphics card do you have? Ill have a look.

download drivers, or download latest direct X

i runned a test look at this your Pixel shader version is 2.0 Vertex shader version is 0.0
and i found this ..
