I'm pretty sure VAC Disablers are off in private matches, but some people say otherwise.

hum I am pretty sure they don,t ban for private hack cause people would say to use with vac disabler since there is better hack like super jump, god mode, and many more...

if i use chaos will i be 100 percent safe?

... well what he say is true, but since vac chaos is public it can get you banned same if everyone say it safe... its why you need to buy a private one

that post is a crap.
If program disables the vac, console is safe. Saying program is safe but console not is totally rubbish. He doesn't know what he's talking about (program doesn't modify any executable and vac scans for nothing; so it ends the program either disables the vac or not).
