Now I Solved My Problem About Loading... This is my Next Problem When i Was Log In to the game

when i was log in then i see a black screen only and a 1 soldier but i can type the character name but i can't see the others what the hell can any one can fix this problem...

ftw i start launcher i click game start nothing happens, simple is there any way to fix?
