just curious as this category is kinda dead n sleepy

People are now selling cheats because any free cheats get detected within 2 days. But most of them use the same bypass which is the firstpass bypass so if that gets patched 90% of all cheats are gonna be broken so a private one is still better than a paid one.
And even if battleye wasn't a thing it would have been dead thanks to the russians constantly stealing cheats and saying they made them.

So in short Yes and No
