is it safe to change the value of new halloween flashlight and medkit?

anyone already tried it?

some people got banned by using sam so i just wanna make sure savegame editor is still safe to use

It's fake. This has already been confirmed in the DBD Steam forums. The guy who originally posted the image even admits it fake later on in the thread he created.
