after minimizing ca doesn't open

well anyways i was trying to use a new hack. that requires minimizing to activate. when i try to open ca it doesn't come up. i right click and it only shows close. I tried to re open and i waited for a couple of mins. still nothin plz help i also reinstalled combat arms nothing. i am running windows vista 64 bit
