How to use bypass "code" to get old hacks.

I recently saw the bad new's that recoil hack got swered over.. and i was wondering if someone could help me use this address that someone released in hack source code section about getting no recoil.. back.. i generally need help with how in the world do you use address/bypasses. thanks
