most of the info you're looking for should be in the stickied threads at the top of any forum section. generally posts with attachments in an inactive section will take a while to be noticed and approved. if you want to get someone to take a look you can pm them the link to your thread with the attachment or "Mention" them in the thread post with a ' @ ' followed by the name
