Skill point resetting?

So, I seem to have a working hack atm, but when I max out my skill tree and reset my game, everything gets reset???

yea it's impossible to do that now, you can still get maxed skills and enter games but then you are marked with a cheater tag. the game won't save your trees because it counts your skill points if they are say 300/120 max skill points, they won't be saved/ synced with the server

Installed the game now again after long time, and had a skill tree hack back then.
all I need and want is this skill tree hack again, but when I understand you right..... there IS a possibility to hack the points to get more but it will be reset after you restart the game. Is that the fact right now?
