Infistar Global Ban

So I got banned on my first account by infistar
then following instructions from here I
used a new steam acc
changed my in game profile/name
and switched my ip

still got banned on two more of my accounts..

how do you get by this

i have one more acct left. would rather know for sure what to change before i try again...

i assume the other two accounts are now perma blacklisted as well?

alright, forgot i posted this. if anyone else has this issue do the following:
uninstall arma 3 using revouninstaller
change your ip
reinstall arma 3 on a new steam (obv)

should be good to go. Apparently some registry key is what causes it (?)
