download and install winrar from winrar official web site just use google to find it.....

Type in the search engine "WINRAR free"
find link and download.

Use winrar to extra files from .rar files.

32 bit version just means the type you have 32 or 64 bit.

Ask a mod/minion to close it.
Find someone with a green name and ask them.
/Request close.
