of course its aproved when is .RAR ... why he not put file in ZIP ? and then scan on virustotal.. THANKS !!!
p.s - if you are admin here, you could make new rule that people upload hacks in .zip so virusscan on virustotal can scan file and not just folder while .exe is hiden in .rar for example... thanks

no mind brother... but people usualy upload in .RAR to hide viruces from scan ... in .Zip is all clean and scaned on virustotal ....
