(Help) Where to put file?

Hello MPGH mems. Just need a little help with the default cap to warrior mod. Could someone please tell me where to place the files?

CHARS_M_HEAD.rez
CHAR_T_HEAD.rez

What do i do wit those 2 files?

Inject
Rename
and Save the old file

Which one do i inject? Sry for being a noob =(

the .ltb files into CHARS_M_HEAD.rez
the .dtx files into CHAR_T_HEAD.rez

What do i do when i cant rename more than 1 file the same name?

EDIT: Which Files am i supposed to rename? W_DUMMY or DUMMY?

Move the original .rez to another folder
.rezNew to .rez
