How to make cheat undetect?

I got source code but i dont know how to make it undetect.

Add junks code is that right or no? if its not right please tell me the right way. thx

Yeah you need to add junkcode, you can do it manually or use a program to do it for you. The more you add, the less likely it'll be detected. But don't add too much because then it'll lag.

So i just need to scroll down until i found { or } and press space then add junk code? May i know after i do all of that where to build dll? i kinda forget to use it
