Cats. Dogs strike me as being too powerful. Then again, I've never had a dog.
it depends. if it's my own pet, probably a dog, but I would have to train them well. if it's a neighbor, easily a cat since they can't incessantly bark all day at absolutely nothing.
Cats are just better
cats are less work to take care but dogs are cute and more kind.
