You probably gave false information on serveys

When you're banned you cannot login anymore in your account. Every time you try , a message will pop up and will say you that you're banned permanently for hacking / illegal program use and you'll have to press "ok" button. But when you press the "ok" it will crash your CA

Umm your character remains there, but you might not login to your account anymore.
Unless you are not permanently banned(Possible).
Try submitting nexon a ticket or something.
