Anyways if you want custom kill marks or login you can use programs such as Paint Shop Pro 9, Gimp, Etc.
I believe that Gimp is free.
If you wanted you could probably make them in paint even, although they wouldn't look nearly as good. That is if you know how to use a program such as GIMP.
With any painting program... i learned in 20 mins how to do it right !! ;D
