About opponent Elixir/card rotation counting cheats

From about beginning of 2017 I'm not finding anymore those cheats, I've even tried changing search engines and search options. But I couldn't even find 1. That's really weird, considering the amount of players it has, and that Supercell never did a ban wave as they did with CoC. Even if you can't take/modify game info, it should be perfectly possible to create an external script.. so I came to the conclusion that:

1. Supercell is actively fighting cheat devs and communities.
2. External scripts are detectable (I guess that shouldn't be the case, as it would be a violation of user privacy)
3. No one is caring about cheats anymore (er.. considering how bots are still successful..)

Anyways, what do you guys think its happening? I really want to know at least something

Supercell are hard hitters. Intresting idea though.
