Are Drawing Tablets Worth It?

Honestly wondering if I should bother getting a drawing tablet, would also be used for school as well as leisure art. Only opinions?

Depends, if you are UX/UI designer then not worth buying, if you are identity designer/illustrator then 100% worth it.

If your main thing is illustration then for sure it's worth it. I had a bamboo and used the crap out of it and I felt it helped me improve leaps and bounds especially since using a mouse is near impossible for me.

alot better than drawing with a mouse if that's your only option atm

If you're actually talented then I would say yes. If you're hoping the tablet improves your drawings, no.

I Believe that Drawing tablets are great and i recommend anything from Huion, Really High quality, budget tablets

Yes, digitabs are definitely a good investment

Yeah, as mentioned above try using a friend's before to check whether you like it or nah .
It would be worthwhile, I own one.

I am personally using Apple Ipad Air for procreate. Actually, I bought it online to teach procreate and drawing to my kids during these lockdown period. I would say yes it is worth it but it depends which tablet you will use.
