HWID Ban Question

I've got the HWID Ban and bypassed it with changing my ssd and reinstal of win 10 and everything. Everything working well now. My question is...on my banned steam account are all my games, so could i log into it to reinstall all my other games or will i be HWID banned again if I do this?

You will be safe , ban won't transfer.
