I doubt such would be possible for Q3 engine though, As both sides needs to detect the damage for it to have effect, But indeed this was sweet.

... change the projectile that has damage from a bullet to a lazor... anything is possible. however the lazor on the weps in the game are just for show. they aren't actually represented in the environment I dont think.... you would need to use something else. It's possible to achieve the same affect. You can make it look like a lazor and that might take a lot more work, but seems to me all he's asking for is an opk, or remotekill, type thing that's simply activated by the reticule rather then a button. I see no issue in this. =/
