MPGH - Running slow?

Ass you guys probably know, Mpgh has ben running awfully slow.. Now i was just wondering why that was. Is it Because of The amount of MPGH Users? Is it Because of The Downloads happening all at Once? Any information on this Would be APPREACIATED<3

I didn't think guests could download attachments, but what is a big problem is the hit and run ppl who make accounts just for download about a good 80-90% of registered users are like that if I were to through out a random number.
