If done properly this method is really fast
And I’m sure there’s also a possibility for a macro to be created

Here's an AHK script for ultra fast double pumps.

Set an emote to F9, and you gotta have a pump in slot 2 and 3. The script also sets your middle mouse button as the button to use the script. You can change that to whatever button you want.

There's redundancy for the 2nd shotgun shot, because game lag is inconsistent as far as when it'll register the 2nd shot, so I just make the script spam shots 4 times after the weapon switch.

There is a rate limit on emotes; You can only emote once every 2 seconds or so. So your first 2 shots will fire very fast, but you'll have to wait a second before your next 2 shots will fire.
