I found this out my self and have tested it for a while with no ban...was gonna keep it for my self but ya know

Step one
you need cheat engine and select EFT from the window list
Step Two
click on a bullet and search for the current value in the quantity of the ammo change it and there should be two values (also scan in 4byte)
Step Three bring the value back to one to make it cheap and click fill items and goto ce and change both values to wanted amount fore bullets i get 240
Step Four
After changing the amount in ce press deal and resale this also works with weapons and other items each vendor has there own current item value

Im not very familiar with cheat engine do you think you could message me more detailed description or setup up some sort of private messaging with me.
I would really appreciate it.

Aaaaaand then get banned because cheat engine is not allowed.

Still using it and not banned yet so i mean ill get more proof and put more effort into the post later but i just broke my 550 ultrawide monitor lol

You get flagged which is basically the same thing. They probably have delayed bans just like CS:GO has.

Forget about that. New patch cam out today and they allready fixed it. Just tried it out and now the game detacts it that the value was changed... well... to bad :S

I haved spam it last update, but it's patched now

any new things we can do so we get money in this game=?

dont think so they pathed most of the stuff

No, but It's pretty easy to fuck up their web server. Although the items are patched, they can sometimes be manipulated. Most of them is logged on their side though.
