Asos partial refund failed and closed account

So my friend tried partial refund on Asos.

Backstory of account not a fresh account already had like 4 legit orders without refunding.

So he ordered for total of 595€ on asos and said he inly recieved 3 items of the 15.
And Asos decided to close his account.

But he paid with Paypal and want to charge back but he doesn’t know how. Because
He wants to stick with his story and send back the 3 items but since his account is closed how
Can he get a return label?

3 items out of 15 lol
No wonder it failed tbh

The package(s) are weighed and they probably realised that 3 items can't weight the same as 15.
