Vehicle Save/Spawn/Customize Mod Menu

Ok, so I'm not sure how familiar people were with Jordan's menu, where it had two unique features that I can't seem to find in any other menu whatsoever. The first was the ability to actually save any vehicle that you wish. You'd get into the vehicle, do the vehicle save feature, and then a text box would show up for you to name that vehicle. It was so simple yet so brilliant. This brings me to the second unique ability, being able to customize the vehicle right on the spot with customization options from Benny's and LSC. (There would be more now with the planes and helicopters stuff out now) They had RGB entries for colors as well, which was PERFECT, because in-game color selection is a joke, so it was perfect to get the right hue that you've always wanted without stipulations. You could even customize vehicles that you know damn well can't be customized, which was amazing.

I need this again, I don't care about anything else, I just want this back. I am really surprised this wasn't implimented in almost every menu really since it's beyond useful. Please, make this happen, I'm even willing to pay at least a little bit to encourage anybody to make this feature again. I still have Jordan's menu, if that helps (though I don't think you can turn it on so it won't matter, not sure) Also, with each saved entry of vehicles, you got an .ini file, so if anyone needs like a sample of those or something to help get the mod right, I'll be glad to share that too; whatever it takes to make this feature a real thing again. Again, I JUST want this, make it undetectable of course, but if this could be an external menu feature somehow, that would be amazing, if not, I'll take an internal menu if I have to, as long as this feature is successfully made.
