VPS with Russian Location

Does someone know, where to buy a cheap russian vps for about 3€ a month? I want to install an OpenVPN-Server on it, so it should have at least 1TB Traffic.

Well its nearly impossible to get VPS in russia with your budget may be you need to lift up your budget.

Fairly possible, but I'm not risking it giving out any referral links here. Look up the russian YouHack, they do plenty of shady business with Steam scamming and DB parsing, and obviously such servers are always in demand in the region. Cheap and reliable first-hand private VPS and dedicated proxy, grabbed one last week.
