Info on duping services

How much are duping services and who are the most trusted to do this service?

I dont even think duping is still a thing is it?

If it is, then someone confirm if it's still the old method? if it is, then I have a guide of how to do it yourself.

I just want to know who duped most of Arkani's items so I can buy the service too.

im trying to reproduce this with muledump using the same method i used to use and cannot do it. I just keep getting errors on muledump saying "internal error, please wait a minute to try again!"

and every other time it just reloads the vault and my character to the way it currently is with the items in their correct spots.
