IC3 Question?

If you gave someone a fake name, fake/stealth PayPal and they decide to file a IC3 on you, what are the possibilities of being punished by them?
Could they find me out through the PayPal even though they don't have my actual credentials?

This person apparently lives somewhere in Canada while I live somewhere in the United States.
