[ASK] Would This Be Possible Coders?

Hey everyone - just had an idea which I thought I'd share. I know nothing about coding, so dont know whether this would be possible.

Could someone make a kind of auto-shooter, that shoots when the middle of the screen is at a certain position (say, on the enemies head.)

I'm thinking that you could input the colour of the enemy, and then whenever the middle of the screen hits that colour, a shot would be fired, giving you a headshot.

This way, all the player would have to worry about is positioning the crossahair on the enemies head, not actually firing the shot, as the program would automatically do this.
