Problem with reship address

I purchase several products from tartecosmetics and after one day my orders canceled and they told me we can't ship to the reship address(usgobuy) and you should use residential address ! I did research on this, but I did not get any results ,, The only idea i have ship to dropshipping address and then ship to reship !! What is the best way?
