I cannot set hotkeys for reset client HP or cycle mode auto aim

Basically, both of these options are grayed out and i cannot select them to set a hotkey for them. I'm using flash player 30 and on CC 28.0.6 with LH assets. Both the setting for "Reset Client HP" under the "Other" tab in settings and the "Cycle Mode" option under the "Auto Aim" tab in settings. I dont know how this happened but i cannot set them.
