New cd-key

Ok so i purchased a new cd-key and i want to install a second steam for mw2 but i cant it says installed and i dont want the banned game with modded playerstats on my new account is there any way around this?

on the login window of steam, click "create new steam account" or sth. and add your new cd key to your new steam account.

in the mean time i found how to make another steam i just copied "steam.exe" to a new folder and it downloaded the files . So i created an account (and i wanna play legit now) . I was wondering should i delete something off my pc so that i wouldn't get banned for stuff on my computer ? (cheats, registry files etc.)

u dont need to delete/copy stuff to make a new steam account.

to log out, i think u gotta go the the place where vac status is and then klick "login as different user" (cant check it because the pc im now on hasnt steam)

i guess your question is answered.
you got a new steam account, now add ur new cd key to it.
you are 100% safe if u dont run hacks when u play cod, reboot pc and dont touch hacks. you can delete ur hacks if you are still afraid of getting banned again
